To do this, we roast your order in micro batches, which are roasted after your order is received. Additionally, every bag will have a “Roasted On: “ date.
After roasting, the beans are “rested” for 24 hours before being placed in bags with one-way air valves. It is recommended not to brew up the coffee too soon after the roast date. Allowing it to “rest” for a few days will allow the coffee to form its structure and develop the nuances each region is known for.
