We are a veteran owned and operated company.
We are a family business that has a very strong appreciation for fresh roasted, premium coffee. Over the course of our other careers, we “relied” on mass produced coffee to get through long hours of work.
The first time I was introduced to a “fresh roasted” batch of magic beans, I was hooked! There is no mass produced coffee that can even compare to tasting as good as a “fresh roasted” pot of coffee. Not even the “whole bean” options you can find at your local grocery store.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to ensure that you will receive the “FRESHEST” coffee.
To do this, we roast your order in micro batches, which are roasted after your order is received. Additionally, every bag will have a “Roasted On: “ date.
After roasting, the beans are “rested” for 24 hours before being placed in bags with one-way air valves. It is recommended not to brew up the coffee too soon after the roast date. Allowing it to “rest” for a few days will allow the coffee to form its structure and develop the nuances each region is known for.
