Extremely Limited Quantities Available From the Clydesdale Estate- An especially sought-after coffee bean, Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee is known for a lack of bitterness. The sweet flavor comes with a full-body, mild taste, and rich, chocolaty undertones. A clean taste, Jamaica coffee has a sparkling aroma and smooth acidity.
These beans are specially certified by the Jamaica Commodities Regulatory Authority as 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee.
Beautiful coffee, soft islandy acidity mixing with a cool caramel/chocolaty undertone. Light roasts are a bit brighter, more buzzy than citric, a more chocolate like base note with hints of the nutty in the aftertaste. Little cool hints of islandy floral/fruit notes pop out in the light to medium roasts. Darker roasts add a lot of body and dark chocolate smokiness but burn out all the delicate soft fruit and acidity which pushed this cup well beyond average for JBM.

This will be roasted to a Full City roast which will be a medium roast.
